Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 1022 Pine Street in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of two new single-family dwellings on a vacant parcel. Alvernaz Partners LLC is the project applicant. Exforma Design is responsible for the design concepts.
New Building permits have been submitted, replacing parking with housing at 23-31 Excelsior Court in Oakland’s Cleveland Heights neighborhood. The proposal will build a three-story triplex on unbuilt land and create new units in the existing building, finishing with ten homes between two buildings. Marin County-based Harvey Architecture is responsible for the design.
Development permits have been approved for the 92-home proposal at 820 West MacArthur Boulevard in Longfellow, Oakland. The project will merge three lots at the corner of West MacArthur and West Street nearby the MacArthur BART Station and the intersection with I-580 and I-980. Riaz Capital, the project developer, hopes to break ground by May of 2022.
Development permits have been filed for a new office tower at 1919 Webster Street in Downtown Oakland. Update plans include a 33-foot increase to 408 feet tall and detailed information about the proposal. Ellis Partners filed the application.
New renderings have been published for a four-story residential infill at 2611 Seminary Avenue in Frick, Oakland. The project will replace surface parking with 28 apartments, including three affordable housing units. Giovani Rodriguez is responsible for the design.
