Updated designs have been revealed for a new multi-family residential project proposed at 2805 Park Boulevard in Cleveland Heights, Oakland. The project proposal includes the revision of an approved project for design change. The approved project is a six-story residential building with commercial space. Efficient CAD is managing the design concepts and construction.
Construction crews have broken ground on the affordable mixed-use development at 9409 International Boulevard in Elmhurst, Oakland. To be called 95th & International, the development will produce 55 new units and a ground-floor health clinic as part of the Better Neighborhoods Same Neighbors city program. The architecture firm Studio T Square is responsible for the design, with JHF Construction as the contractor.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of an affordable housing project proposed at 2201 Brush Street in West Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building featuring 100% affordable dwelling units and space for commercial use. East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is the project applicant. Pyatok Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
New renderings have been revealed for a residential addition to 2621 Market Street, West Oakland. The project would fill in the vacant parcel with one primary and two secondary residences. Baran Studio Architecture will be in charge of the design.
Carmel Partners has unveiled Ever Green, a new permanent public art installation by Bay Area artist Taraneh Hemami. The 24-foot tall sculpture coincides with Carmel and Greystar announcing Atlas is 70% leased. Located at 385 14th Street in Downtown Oakland, the 40-story residential tower has added 633 rental units to the city.
