Starlight Spiritual Temple Inc., the property owner, will demolish their existing structure and one other to build 32 new residential units. Pacific Heights Premier Investments is responsible for filing the development.

Construction will build eighteen new townhouses near the city’s central business district. Riaz Capital is the project applicant and owner.
