Permits Filed For a Mixed-Use At 1232 High Street In Oakland

Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a mixed-use project at 1232 High Street in Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story mixed-use building offering space for storage. The site currently contains a small market in a brick building, two homes, and a small auto repair shop. Elwood Commercial Real Estate is the project applicant. Kava Massih Architects is responsible for the designs.

Extension Request for Jack London Square Hotel, Oakland

The Oakland Planning Commission is scheduled to vote on a second extension request for approved entitlements to a six-story hotel at Parcel F3 along the Jack London Square waterfront. The project was first approved in March of 2018, and the entitlement received an extension in 2019 that was increased during the pandemic following the city’s Emergency Order Number 6. CIM Group is the project developer.
