The proposal will build on top of a single-story medical facility at the corner of MacArthur and 106th Avenue, adding three residential floors. U First Health Partners LLC is responsible for the application.
A pre-application permit has been filed for residential plans at 430 Broadway, in Oakland, located by Jack London Square. Additional reporting states the developers are planning yet more housing at the vacant structure on 401 Broadway, with roughly 600 new homes in the works. The filing is by Related and the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project at 7211 Homewood Drive in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a single-family house on a vacant lot. Collaborative Design Studio LLC is the property owner and the chief architect responsible for the design concepts. Innodez and Krantz Consultants are also a part of the architecture team.
New illustrations have been revealed with an exploratory planning application for the 24-story residential development at 600 Castro Street in West Oakland. The renderings show the upzoned massing, 190 feet higher than its current zoning for 85 feet. The proposal is yet another beneficiary of California’s State Density Bonus Program, which aims to increase residential development with affordable units for the housing-starved state.
New plans have been filed for Villa Fruitvale, a 100% affordable residential infill planned for 3751 International Boulevard in Fruitvale, Oakland. The project will replace a few single-story commercial structures and a surface parking lot with 180 new homes, all for affordable housing. Oakbrook Partners is responsible for the application.
