Plans for the Palo Alto Homekey have reached the planning department, with an application for entitlement recently submitted and under review. The project is being developed by the City of Palo Alto in collaboration with Menlo Park-based LifeMoves. Entitlements are under review for a proposed mixed-use at 660 University Avenue in Palo Alto. The project proposal includes the development of a planned community to combine three parcels into one to construct a new four-story mixed-use building offering residential and office spaces. The site currently houses a two-story office building spanning an area of 9,216 square feet which will be demolished. Smith Development is the project developer.
