The project is the first phase underway for the recently reimagined CityView Plaza masterplan, with the amended plans to be heard by the city’s Planning Director later this week. The prominent local developer, Jay Paul Company, is responsible for the venture.
Construction work is complete for a three-story affordable housing complex at 301 Alves Lane in Bay Point, Contra Costa County. The project, named the Breton Apartments, has added over a hundred rental units of below-market-rate apartments close to the Pittsburg Bay Point BART Station. Los Angeles-based Meta Housing Corporation is the project developer.
Residential plans have been filed for a four-story mixed-use infill at 1217 Lincoln Avenue in Alameda, Alameda County. The proposal will add five residential units and commercial retail space to a vacant lot. TKB Trading LLC is listed as the property owner.
The Draft Environmental Impact Report has been published for a townhouse development at 5670 Camden Avenue in the Cambrian neighborhood of San Jose. The project is looking to replace a few baseball fields and green space behind Beacon School with over a hundred units, in part with the Builder’s Remedy. Mana Camden Fund LLC is responsible for the application.
Construction work is underway for a mixed-use infill project at 3637-3657 Sacramento Street in San Francisco’s Presidio Heights neighborhood. Crews have completed the foundation, with work starting on the two levels of basement parking that will sit beneath new housing and commercial space. Sacramento Locust Associates is the project sponsor, working with the owners, Litke Properties.
