Permits Filed For Updated Multi-Property Development in San Martin

South-Bay-based Swenson has submitted two permit applications for a development located at 13000 Depot Road in San Martin. In partnership with GVL Partners, they plan to construct 44 single-family homes on the site, and the property has now entered the preparation stages prior to the construction. The project was previously reported on by SF YIMBY in December of 2024 under the former address of 12805 Llagas Avenue.

Updated Plans and CEQA Filing Posted for The Greens at Pruneridge in Santa Clara

The CEQA filing was posted for a project to reconfigure the existing Pruneridge Golf Club property in Santa Clara and build a new five-story apartment building and 1.77-acre public park at 400 Saratoga Avenue. While holes 1, 2, and 3 are to be reconfigured in the property, no changes will be made to the existing driving range, clubhouse, and surface parking area for the golf course. In addition to the apartments, The plan will demolish an existing maintenance building and reconstruct a larger facility supported by a 4285-square-foot outdoor storage yard.

New Plans Summited to San Ramon Architectural Review Board for The Orchards Development Project

The Sunset Development Company has submitted a new layout and design plans for The Orchards Development Project, formally called Chevron Park in San Ramon. Initial Proposals for redeveloping the site were first brought in 2023, but the new plans are modified and more detailed. Plans include layouts for three districts as part of the development area along Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon.

Design Review Application Filed for West Midway Project in Alameda

The West Midway Development took a step forward earlier this week when new plansets were submitted for design review in Area A of the project. The original development plan for the Alameda Point neighborhood was approved in June of 2023. Brookfield Properties has now brought more specific plans for the development of 284 units on the 12.4-acre site. The designs by KTGY Architecture + Planning and Woodly Architecture Group will include a combination of Duets, Townhomes, and Condominiums.
