New development plans have been released for Cambrian Plaza Park, a mixed-use multi-structure proposal for 14200 & 14420 Union Avenue in Willow Glen, San Jose. The development includes three main buildings surrounded by 48 new single-family houses and 25 three-story townhouses. Weingarten Realty Investors is responsible for the project as the property owner.

Plans Reviewed for Massive Google Middlefield Park, Mountain View, Santa Clara County

Development plans are under review for a mixed-use Google Middlefield Park master plan in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. Google’s proposal brings up to 1,950 apartments, retail, 10.5 acres of parkland, and over a million square feet of offices with transit-oriented planning. The development possible after the city adopted its East Whisman Precise Plan in 2019. Google is working with Lendlease to develop the project and is expecting completion as late as 2040.

Facebook and Signature Release New Renderings of Willow Village, Menlo Park

Facebook and Signature Development Group have announced that they have submitted newly detailed planning documents for their proposed mixed-use district dubbed Willow Village in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The proposal will cover nearly 60 acres with a mixture of housing, office space, retail, and public parks. Two phases of construction will yield over 3.3 million square feet of built area. OMA, one of the most influential architecture firms still active, is responsible for the design.
