Google’s Middlefield Park Master Plan Up for Public Review

The draft supplemental environmental impact report has been published for the Middlefield Park master plan, a dense mixed-use development with 1,900 new homes and offices planned in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The document will be available for public comment from now until early June for review by the Mountain View Community Development Department. Google is responsible for the project as the property owner, with Lendlease as the developer and sponsor.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held today to announce the opening of Francisco Park in Russian Hill, San Francisco. The proposed park is on the site of the old Francisco Reservoir. Mayor London Breed along with Supervisor Catherine Stefani and Recreation and Parks General Manager Phil Ginsburg and the residents of the city will be celebrating the triumphant moment at 11 AM today. Cahill Construction is on the project construction team, while Earthscape is responsible for the designs.

CEQA Review Underway for Meta’s Willow Village in Menlo Park

Renderings for the Monarch Bay Shoreline Project in San Leandro

Updated renderings have been revealed with detailed plans for the Monarch Bay Shoreline Development project, poised to reshape 75 acres of the San Leandro waterfront. The plans would reshape a swath of surface parking and a portion of an existing golf course into 491 residential units, a 210-room hotel, and shops between Marina Park and the Oakland International Airport in Alameda County. The project is a public-private partnership with the City of San Leandro and Cal Coast Companies.
