Meeting Today For Housing At 3401 Crow Canyon Road In San Ramon

A new housing project has been proposed for development at 3401 Crow Canyon Road in San Ramon, Contra Costa County. The project proposal includes the construction of 117 low-density detached and attached housing units, replacing a bunch of commercial buildings on the site. Demolition was required for the onsite surface parking and two commercial structures beside the existing United States Postal Service offices. Nearon Enterprises, an investment company, based in Walnut Creek, is listed as the property owner. Lennar is the project developer. WHA, William Hezmalhalch Architects, is responsible for the designs.

Construction Nearly Complete for Affordable Housing Block in Burlingame

Construction is nearly finished for the five-story affordable housing block at 150 Park Road in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project has replaced a surface parking lot with affordable workforce and senior housing one block from the busy Burlingame Avenue retail thoroughfare. The Pacific Companies, an Idaho-based firm, is the project developer.

Illustrations have been published for the 2.5 acres of vacant land around the historic 16th Street Train Station in West Oakland, Alameda County. The development, dubbed Signal House, would be the fifth townhome-style development by the abandoned station in Oakland’s Prescott neighborhood, this time adding 90 homes. City Ventures is the project developer.

The city’s Planning Commission is scheduled tomorrow to consider the five-story apartment complex rising just over a block from the busy Burlingame Avenue and Caltrain Station. The Burlingame-based Zeka Group is listed as the project developer.
