A residential project has been proposed at 2301 Columbia Avenue in the Southwest Annex neighborhood, Richmond City. The project proposal includes the development of a landscaped residential community of three-story townhome-style condominiums with a few affordable housing units. Plans call for the retention of the exisiting development on the site. The exisiting development is not a part of the proposed project. City Ventures is the project applicant. WHA Architects is responsible for the design concepts.

This follows the recent announcement that Sunset Development Company has officially sold the 31-acre parcel at 2400 Camino Ramon to SummerHill Homes, as Sunset is working on its own mixed-use redevelopment of the successful Bishop Ranch office park.

New renderings have been revealed for City Village, a 404-unit residential development at 2400-2440 Camino Ramon in San Ramon’s Bishop Ranch office park. SummerHill Homes will be building the project. Speaking with SFYIMBY earlier this year, President and CEO Robert Freed shared details about City Village and the firm. Construction could start as early as 2022.
