The project has reshaped the vacant lot by the border of Santa Clara and San Jose, with plans to open up 361 new homes, retail, and urban farmland by next year. Core Companies, a real estate and construction firm, is responsible for the development.
Preliminary plans have been filed, showing a draft design for new affordable housing for seniors at 1001 Franklin Street on Cathedral Hill, San Francisco. The new project, dubbed Ella Rohlffs Place, will replace surface parking with 94 new homes. The John Stewart Company is sponsoring the development for the property owner, Martin Luther Towner Inc.
Mayor London N. Breed and the City of San Francisco recently celebrated the grand opening of two new affordable housing developments located at 88 Broadway in Embarcadero, San Francisco. The two housing developments are named Broadway Cove and 735 Davis. Broadway Cove consists of 125 permanently affordable apartments for families, while 735 Davis consists of 53 units for seniors. BRIDGE Housing and The John Stewart Company are the project developers. Leddy Maytum Stacy is responsible for the design concepts, and Cahill Contractors is also on the project team.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of redevelopment on multiple parcels located in Coral Gables Court, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the expansion of an existing apartment complex by adding three new apartment buildings and a new community clubhouse. The John Stewart Company is the project developer. Mogavero Architects is managing the design concepts, and Brown Construction Inc is the general contractor managing the construction.
