The nine-story proposal will create 85 large apartments close to Caltrain’s San Francisco Station, and the Fourth and Brannan stop opened with the new Central Subway extension. Related Companies and the San Francisco Housing Development Corp are sponsoring the development.
New renderings have been revealed for the five-story affordable housing proposal on Mountain View’s Lot 12 at 1265 Montecito Avenue, Santa Clara County. The project will transform a city-owned vacant building into 120 new homes for residents earning between 30-60% of the Area Median Income. Related California and Alta Housing are the project sponsors.
The official groundbreaking ceremony was held yesterday morning for the Sunnydale Community Center in Visitacion Valley, San Francisco. The project, dubbed the Sunnydale Hub, will create a Wu Yee child care center, the Herz recreation center, and a new clubhouse for the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco. The project is part of the Sunnydale HOPE SF master plan by Mercy Housing and Related Companies.
