The conceptual proposal hopes to bring nearly two hundred homes across from the 404-unit City Village community under construction. Trumark Homes is sponsoring the project for the property owner, Sunset Development.
The San Jose Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tonight for a new mixed-use master plan at 0 Seely Avenue, along Coyote Creek in North San Jose, Santa Clara County. If complete, the project could replace the current farmland and orchards with over a thousand apartments and retail. Hanover Company, Pacific Companies, and SummerHill Homes are jointly responsible for the development.
Pre-application permits have been filed for a new suburban tract at 1245 Diana Avenue in Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County. The builder’s remedy has been invoked in the property owner’s goal to construct 106 homes on the 20-acre site. San Jose-based Borelli Investment Company is sponsoring the application.
New entitlement permits have been filed for the proposed townhome development at 4335 and 4345 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The application provides minor adjustments and the latest renderings for the low-density project. SummerHill Homes is the project sponsor.
Project developer SummerHill Homes has touted the success of the first two phases of City Village in Bishop Ranch, San Ramon. Closings have resulted in over $70 million from 53 single-family and townhouse units, most of which were with first-time homebuyers. Once complete, the master plan will result in 404 homes on a former office plot.
