The Vallejo Design Review Board will hold a public study session later today for Mariner’s Cove, a suburban infill development that would crate 175 new single-unit homes around retail and two parks across a vacant 27-acre swath of land in the Northern Waterfront Area. The project will create new housing for the most populous city in Solano County. Callahan Property Company is responsible for the application.
Funding to support the construction is expected soon for 4898 El Camino Real in Los Altos. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story multi-family residential project. A new residential project has been planned at 102 East Fremont Avenue in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use townhouse community, redeveloping the western portion of the Fremont Corner shopping center. Plans call for subdivision of the parcel into five lots. The True Life Companies is the project applicant. Fremont Corners Inc is the property owner. SDG Architects is responsible for the design. R3 Studios is the landscape architect.
New renderings have been revealed for a residential project approved at 2580 West Bayshore Road in Midtown, Palo Alto. The project proposal includes the development of 8 apartment building consisting of 48 residential townhomes. Plans call for the demolition of an existing office building on the site. SDG Architects is managing the design concepts and construction of the residential development. SummerHill Homes applied for a Preliminary Architectural Review of the project.
Construction work is wrapping up on NUEVO, a massive 27-acre redevelopment project in Santa Clara’s Lawrence Station Area Plan. Spearheaded by SummerHill Homes, the project has been opening in phases with the ultimate goal of nearly a thousand new dwelling units, retail, and public community amenities.
