Demolition Approved at 1801 21st Street in Sacramento

Long after new building permits were filed for the Sac Bee Townhomes project at 1801 21st Street in Sacramento, the project has been approved for development. The proposal will replace two large surface parking lots with eight multi-unit buildings for a total of 48 homes. Shopoff Realty is overseeing the redevelopment. TCA Architects is responsible for the design.

Dramatically reduced plans have been filed by Shopoff Realty Investments to replace the former Sacramento Bee headquarters at 2100 Q Street in Midtown Sacramento.
