Satellite Affordable Housing Associates and Sunflower Hill have formed a joint venture to be the developer.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a potential office-to-housing conversion of the seven-story 2001 Center Street in Downtown Berkeley, Alameda County. The project would add 58 units to the office structure, just one block away from the BART Station. The property owner is listed as 2001 Center Street LLC.
By-right approval has been requested for the 11-story infill at 1523 Harrison Street in Downtown Oakland, Alameda County. The project would add nearly three hundred units of affordable housing to the heart of the city. oWow, a prominent local developer, is responsible for the application.
Planning permits have been approved for the six-story housing proposal at 2610 International Boulevard in the Fruitvale neighborhood of Oakland. The development would add just over a hundred units of below-market-rate apartments less than a mile from the Fruitvale BART Station. The Unity Council, a prolific local affordable housing developer, is responsible for the application.
The Temple Way Development Project has submitted a final Environmental Impact Report for a new residential project located at 38134 Temple Way in Fremont. The project is brought by Temple Peralta Investors, and will be located at the site of a vacant church and parking lot associated with its affiliate community organization. The completion of the final EIR marks a significant milestone in the project’s progress to completion.
