oWow has provided YIMBY the latest rendering for 1523 Harrison Street in Downtown Oakland, Alameda County. The developer has announced plans to increase the project scale, with nearly a hundred more apartments in a taller 25-story envelope. Construction is expected by 2024, likely after oWow finishes the 19-story tower at 1510 Webster Street.
