Trumark Homes is sponsoring the project for the property owner, Sunset Development.
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 18 Crow Canyon Court, San Ramon. The project proposal includes the construction of a new townhome community offering 54 homes. The project site is comprised solely of an existing office building and no existing residential uses exist on site. City Ventures is the project developer. Hunt Hale Jones Architects is responsible for the architecture.
San Ramon City Council has approved plans for a seven-story residential complex at Bishop Ranch Block 3A. The project, sponsored by AvalonBay Communities, will bring over four hundred new apartments as part of the larger CityWalk master plan. Bishop Ranch owner Sunset Development aims to reshape their sprawling office campus into a mixed-use neighborhood by adding retail and over four thousand homes over the next two decades.
New permits have been filed seeking the approval of a lot subdivision proposed at 18895 Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon. The project applicant requests a preliminary application review for the subdivision of the property lot into 24 residential lots.
Project developer SummerHill Homes has touted the success of the first two phases of City Village in Bishop Ranch, San Ramon. Closings have resulted in over $70 million from 53 single-family and townhouse units, most of which were with first-time homebuyers. Once complete, the master plan will result in 404 homes on a former office plot.
