Development permits have been submitted to construct a six-story mixed-use building at 1145 Mission Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project proposal includes constructing a sixty-five-foot high residential building featuring twenty-five dwelling units, five stories of condos, one story of commercial space, and a basement parking. Levy Design Partners is manning the design concepts and construction of the project.
Planning applications for two conjoined seven-story office buildings at 474 Bryant Street and 77 Stillman Street in SoMa have begun the review process for city approval. The development will bring 123,490 square feet to a retail-rich area, nearly three blocks from the Oracle Park baseball stadium. San Francisco-based Aralon Properties is responsible for the development, operating through 474 Bryant LLC.
Planning documents are currently under review for a mixed-use development at 701 Harrison Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The 100-foot structure will bring just under 50,000 square feet of office space along with 8,540 square feet of retail. Aralon Properties is responsible for the project as the property owner.

New permits have been filed to approve bringing cranes to construct the five-structure mixed-use development 1629 Market Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The two-acre-wide project has already broken ground, with the site protected by composite wood fencing. San Francisco-based Strada Investment Group and the UA Local 38 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union Hall have signed a development agreement, with Strada credited as the property owner.
