Hines has revealed plans for a new ten-acre apartment development at Natoma Fountains in North Natomas, Sacramento. The development will replace a vacant parcel close to several retail centers with over three hundred homes. Hines is partnering with MBK Rental Living to manage the site and amenities.
A new developer has filed preliminary permits for a townhome-style infill at 4335 and 4345 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The proposal is significantly downscaled from the previous iteration, creating less than half the unit capacity. Summerhill Homes is the developer, taking over from the Toll Brothers.

UC Law San Francisco has completed construction on The Academe at 198, a mixed-use building with student housing and classrooms at 198 McAllister Street in Civic Center, San Francisco. The 14-story structure is the second phase of the Academic Village redevelopment led by UCSF and Greystar.
