Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new residence proposed at 585 Lakeview Avenue in Ocean View, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story single-family residence on a vacant parcel. Ekose’a Homes is responsible for the designs.
The formal application has been filed for a six-story affordable housing project at 1223 33rd Avenue in Fruitvale, Oakland. The project aims to bring 68 apartments close to the Fruitvale BART Station. Unity Council, a prolific Fruitvale-based developer responsible for several other apartments next to the transit hub, is responsible for the application.
New building permits have been filed for the Sac Bee South Townhomes project at 1801 21st Street in Midtown Sacramento. The proposal will replace surface parking lots associated with the former headquarters of the Sacramento Bee Newspaper. Beazer Homes is responsible for the project after purchasing the site from Shopoff Realty Investments for nearly $10 million last month.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of addition to a mixed-use building located at 1038 Willow Street in Prescott, Oakland. The project proposal includes the addition of two new residential units to an existing mixed-use building. System CTC is the project applicant.
The Oakland Planning Commission has approved plans for the ‘Yes In God’s Back Yard’ proposal at 1010 91st Avenue in East Oakland, Alameda County. The small infill has been approved for a church to replace its surface lot with eight units. Lily of the Valley Christian Center is the property owner.
