Preliminary Plans For Lower Density at 2200 Calle De Luna, Santa Clara

Preliminary plans have been filed for a lower-density vision for the over three-acre property at 2200 Calle De Luna in the Tasman East neighborhood of Santa Clara. The latest application looks to bring a six-story apartment complex, half the size of the previous 12-story iteration. Holland Partner Group and NASH Communities were responsible for the previous application through a joint venture.

Various Approvals Met for 2588 Mission Street San Francisco

A CEQA Notice of Exemption and other planning approvals have collectively been met for a large apartment project located at 2588 Mission Street in San Francisco. The project will replace a previous building on the site, which was damaged more than 10 years ago in a major building fire. The new building has taken advantage of a density bonus rule to expedite the approval process.

Permit Extension Requested for Bay Center Life Science Project in Emeryville

A meeting is scheduled for today to discuss the possible extension of a Major Use Permit and Design Review Approval for 6445 Christie Avenue in Emeryville. Harvest Properties originally brought the project in 2022, but has yet to break ground despite being approved by the City of Emeryville. The meeting today will determine if they are allowed to extend the development timeframe another year or if the project is dead in the water.
