The project proposal includes the development of a three-story residence with basement, retail space, and onsite parking. Plans call for the demolition of an exisiting one-story commercial building. HC Design and Management is responsible for the design concepts.
The City of Burlingame’s Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tonight for new laboratory development and public plaza at the intersection of Bayshore Highway and Malcolm Road, expanding the San Mateo County city’s life science projects. Helios Real Estate Partners and King Street Properties are collaborating with the project as joint developers.
New renderings and a preliminary project assessment for 2051 Market Street have been revealed, located on the northern edge of the Mission District in San Francisco. The seven-story residential infill will replace a two-story commercial building with commercial retail and 29 new apartments to be sold for ownership. The project will also apply for protection from Senate Bill 330.

The project proposal includes a Tentative Parcel Map to allow new condominiums for a proposed 8-story multi-family development on the site. RAD Urban is responsible for the development.
New renderings have been revealed for 685 9th Street, a residential infill with some affordable housing in Downtown Oakland. The project will create 117 new homes along with a public mural installation. Levy Design Partners is the project architect, and Riaz Capital is the owner.
