Development permits have been field seeking the approval of a new mixed-use project proposed for development at 1617 J Street in Midtown, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new seven-story building offering spaces for residential and commercial uses. SKK Development is the project applicant. C2K Architecture is responsible for the designs.
The Lafayette City Council is scheduled to review plans this Monday to consider selling the city-owned land at 949 Moraga Road in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The council will consider plans to allow developers to replace the parking lot with affordable housing. Satellite Affordable Housing Associates and Sunflower Hill are responsible for the proposal.
Entitlement extension permits have been filed for the proposal at 2010 Broadway in Sacramento’s Curtis Park neighborhood. The urban infill project was first filed in 2021 with plans to add 21 units to a vacant plot. Indie Capital Real Estate is responsible for the development.
The Half Moon Bay City Council has approved plans for a proposed hotel at 1200 Main Street in Downtown Half Moon Bay, San Mateo County. The project will bring over a hundred hotel rooms to a former auto dealership after nearly a decade of review. Greg Jamison of RGJC South LLC is the project sponsor.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a single-family subdivision at 6821 Silver Creek Road in the southeast outskirts of San Jose, Santa Clara County. The proposal would bring 77 homes to a hillside property nestled between undeveloped rolling hills. Hai Huynh of Silver Creek Valley Estates LLC is listed as the project sponsor.
