Construction work is nearly complete for a new four-story office project at 340 11th street in SoMa, San Francisco. The curtainwall-clad building showcases the design from one of the city’s most influential firms, Stanley Saitowitz Natoma Architects. Universal Electric Supply Company is the property owner, operating through 340-350 11th Street LLC.
New renderings have been revealed for the mixed-use development in Southwest Berkeley, Alameda County. The proposal will feature two integrally connected structures with distinct addresses, 2820 San Pablo Avenue and 2821 10th Street, but treated as one project. Oakland-based Cork-Mayo Investments is the project developer.
A new design has been proposed for a residential development at 1357 34th Street in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of three two-story work-live units within an existing building. Hollis Street Partners, LLC is the project applicant.
The San Francisco Planning Department has approved rezoning Transbay Block 4 to conform with the 47-story proposal by Hines in SoMa. The 513-foot tower will exceed the 400-foot height limit for the parcel at 200 Main Street, creating 681 new homes, of which nearly half will be designated as affordable. Groundbreaking is expected by late 2023 or 2024.
Parcel Projects and McCormack Baron Salazar have proposed a visionary seven-story mixed-use building at 2301 Telegraph Avenue in Northgate, Oakland. The plan will create a multi-faceted cultural anchor led by several local organizations and 58 affordable housing units. Architectural design is a collaboration with Parcel Projects and Mithun.
