New construction permits have been filed for a multi-family residential development at 123 West Reed Street in Downtown San Jose. The project will rise just two floors from the currently vacant lot to add three units to the city’s housing market. Visionaire Homes LLC is responsible for the development.
The 12th tallest building in the Bay Area planned or built in the Park Tower at Transbay office building, located at 250 Howard Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The 605-foot tall project rises from Block 5 in the transformative San Francisco Transbay development plan. Goettsch Partners in collaboration with Solomon Cordwell Buenz, is responsible for the sky deck-covered skyscraper design.
New renderings have been revealed along with the publication of new documents for the Alviso Hotel at 4701 North First Street. The project would build over two hundred new guest rooms in the waterside Alviso neighborhood in North San Jose as part of a larger commercial development by TNT Land Development Services. Terra Hospitality is leading the hotel project.
Permits have been filed for a new mixed-use project proposed at 600 20th Street in Dogpatch, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building offering office and laboratory spaces. Plans call for the demolition of a 9,200 square foot two-story commercial building constructed in 1972. Mindful Investments LP is the property owner. Workshop 1 is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
New pre-application permits have been filed for a mixed-use tower at 1261 Harrison Street in Downtown Oakland. The proposal is the third iteration by Pinnacle RED Group for the site, this time rising 22 floors with 207 multi-family dwelling units. Heller Manus Architects is responsible for the design.
