The proposal will replace a vacant single-story structure with 50 new homes above new ground-floor retail. A third of all units will be permanently affordable units in San Francisco’s Home SF program.

The project proposes the development of a mixed-use structure offering 99 residential units and commercial space spanning an area of 2,500 square feet.

Located by the retail-rich Broadway thoroughfare and Pill Hill neighborhood, the project will replace surface parking and a single-story office building with 73 new homes and ground-floor retail. oWOW is the owner, developer, and project architect.
