New renderings have been revealed alongside development permits for a proposed four-story apartment building at 347 East 18th Street in Oakland’s Merritt neighborhood, on the bottom east corner of Lake Merritt. The project would create 27 units, of which three will be sold as affordable low-income housing. Arris Studio Architects is managing the project and design.
New project permits have been filed for plans to build a 12-story residential infill at 25 Mason Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The project would add 155 units a block away from the Powell Street BART Station along Market Street, replacing a vacant parcel. American Pacific International Capital is responsible for the proposal.
Demolition permits have been filed for a surface parking lot and small commercial structures at 1617 J Street to make way for a five-story apartment building near Midtown Sacramento. The project would add 74 new residential units to the state capital’s housing market. Phoenix Enterprises Inc is the property owner, with SKK Developments behind the application.
The entitlement process for a new development at 2300 Broadway, Redwood City, San Mateo County has been initiated. The project proposal includes the construction of a ten-story commercial building. Tishman Speyer is the developer and the project applicant. WRNS Studio is managing the design concepts and construction.

Located at the corner of 82nd Avenue, the project would add ten rental apartments with one affordable unit above a ground-floor retail space. Zara Construction Group is the project developer and designer.
