New development plans have been released for Cambrian Plaza Park, a mixed-use multi-structure proposal for 14200 & 14420 Union Avenue in Willow Glen, San Jose. The development includes three main buildings surrounded by 48 new single-family houses and 25 three-story townhouses. Weingarten Realty Investors is responsible for the project as the property owner.
Preliminary review and development permits have been filed for a new 5-story market-rate development at 1050 Saint Elizabeth Drive on Willow Glen, an expansive neighborhood south of downtown San Jose. The project would bring new residential offerings to the Somerset Senior Living facility. Evershine XVII LP is responsible for the development of the property owner, with KCR Development responsible for funding.
Development permits were submitted seeking approval for modifications to the site and design review for the construction planned for 631 F Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes a director-level site plan and building design review of a 150 unit senior housing project. The nonprofit affordable housing developer, Mutual Housing California is the permit applicant. Kuchman Architects is managing the design concept and construction.
New renderings have been revealed with a sales update for 4200 Geary Boulevard, an affordable senior housing development in the Richmond District, San Francisco. The Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation is responsible for the development, with funding from the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development. The project received approval to expedite development using Senate Bill 35.
New building permits have been filed to construct a four-story senior housing building and community center at 70 and 76 North Winchester Boulevard, Santa Clara. These addresses are part of the multi-building mixed-use development dubbed Santa Clara Agrihood. The City entered a private-public partnership with Core Companies to construct 1.5 acres of agriculture connected to 361 homes, of which the City will sell 181 as affordable.
