New building permits have been filed for the Alchemist Public Market at 341 North 10th Street in the Railyards neighborhood of Sacramento. The application looks to add four structures with a mix of office space, retail, and kitchens to the property. Local non-profit Alchemist Community Development Corporation is responsible for the application.

Updated plans have been filed for multi-family housing on a vacant lot along Wallace Street by 24th Street and 19th Avenue in Oakland, Alameda County. The project will bring three units to the Highland Terrace neighborhood. Studio Thai LLC is listed as the project applicant and architect.
Following a project proposal originally brought in 2020, new approvals have come through for the demolition and redevelopment of a 4.9-acre site near The Presidio in San Francisco. While original city approvals were met in 2020, the project has not yet begun its demolitions, awaiting further environmental approvals and plan revision approvals.
The Pappas Duckhorn Development proposed at 3540 Duckhorn Drive in North Sacramento would subdivide several open lots into a large-scale residential development. The project is named after Pappas Investments, the site developer. Applications for the development were submitted earlier this month but are still awaiting the payment of processing fees.
Plans have been filed for a small office-to-housing conversion at 1947 Divisadero Street in Lower Pacific Heights, San Francisco. The application will create four apartments on the top two floors of the 88-year-old three-story structure. MC Construction LLC is listed as the property owner.
