Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed at 388 Beale Street in Rincon Hill, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of apartments, while retaining the existing retail building on the site. LDP Design Partners is responsible for the design concepts.
The Bristol is now open on Yerba Buena Island. The condominium building is perched on a forested hillside in the center of the bay. It is the first of many projects that will transform Yerba Buena and Treasure island into a new dense neighborhood of San Francisco. The opening is announced by developer Wilson Meany and investment firm Stockbridge Capital Group.

New building permits have been filed and detailed renderings revealed for the 11-story residential infill at 530 Turk Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The proposal will replace a surface parking lot in the city with a hundred homes and ground-floor retail. JS Sullivan Development is the project applicant.
