A Notice of Exemption (NOE) has been filed for a project proposed for development at 320 Sheridan Drive in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The project proposal includes the development of an affordable housing community consisting of three three-story buildings offering 88 units and onsite amenity spaces. The project site previously housed Flood School and was owned by Ravenswood City School District.
