New renderings have been published along with greater detail about the proposed mixed-use El Cerrito Plaza in Contra Costa County. The project could create as many as 800 homes, a park, and a potential new library on top of surface parking around the El Cerrito BART Station. Holliday Development and Related Companies are joint developers.
New renderings have been revealed for Sunnydale Block 9, an affordable housing component of the mixed-income Sunnydale Hope SF project in Visitacion Valley, San Francisco. The project will create 95 new homes ranging from one-bedrooms to four-bedrooms at 178 Brookdale Avenue. Related Companies and Mercy Housing are co-sponsoring the development.
Progress for the Tasman East Specific Plan has received some good news. Related California has secured $690 million in construction funding for 700 units at 2300 Calle De Luna, representing nearly a fifth of all units expected in the multi-developer project in Santa Clara. Foundation work is expected to start in the coming weeks.
A new residential project has been given approval for development at 6131 Bollinger Canyon in San Ramon. The project proposal includes the development of a seven-story residential building offering dwelling units and onsite amenities. San Francisco-based Related California is the project developer. MVE + Partners is designing the building.
New permits have been filed for Block 7 in HOPE SF’s Sunnydale master plan in Visitacion Valley, San Francisco. Block 7 will provide affordable housing aimed at family households. Mercy Housing is responsible for the project as the property owner.
