Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 1263 Clay Street in Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a family residence with parking on the site. Plans also call for the demolition of an existing one-story garage on the east side of the parcel. Leavitt Architecture Inc is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
Development permits have been approved for MacArthur Studio, a 193-unit senior living building at 4311 MacArthur Boulevard in Laurel, Oakland. The project will merge three lots, with all units to be priced as affordable. AMG & Associates is responsible for the development.
A public review is underway for a six-story mixed-use affordable housing project at 2880 Alum Rock Avenue, just east of Interstate 680 in San Jose’s Alum Rock neighborhood. The project would create 164 new units on top of ground-level retail. Pacific West Communities is responsible for the development as the property owner.
Permit applications have been submitted seeking the review of a residential project proposed in Natomas, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a suburban senior housing complex comprising of seventeen new buildings. Lennar Corporation is the project developer.
New renderings have been revealed ahead of a planning commission hearing for a mixed-use mid-rise building at 490 Brannan Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project would replace an existing commercial structure and surface parking a 185-foot tall building with offices, space for the arts, child-care, and retail. Strada Investment Group is behind the proposal after acquiring the property in 2015.
