The Santa Clara Planning Commission is scheduled to meet tomorrow and consider approval of a 21-story apartment tower at 5185 Lafayette Street in the Tasman East master plan. The proposal is expected to create nearly two hundred homes and even more parking near light rail, the Capitol Corridor train station, and Levi’s Stadium. San Francisco-based Ensemble Investments is the project developer.
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 18895 Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon. The project proposal includes the construction of a residential project offering single-family dwelling units, multi-family dwelling units, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), and a public park. (CD/A) is responsible for the designs.
Construction has topped out for the first life science structure in The Landing, rising at 1699 Old Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The progress comes just eight months after YIMBY’s last site visit, during which Hathaway Dinwiddie was starting on the foundation. King Street Properties and Helios Real Estate Partners are joint developers for the project.
The Oakland Landmark Preservation Board is scheduled to review plans today for a seven-story mixed-use complex at 707 Washington Street in Downtown Oakland, Alameda County. The in-person meeting will review the plans to construct 38 new homes on a vacant parcel in the historic Old Oakland district. Turner Development Resource Group is the project applicant.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 27 Alvarado Street in Mission District, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story, two-unit residential building. For the project to be developed, plans call for the demolition of an existing two-car garage and storage shed on the site. Winder Gibson Architects is responsible for the designs.
