The project will fill in a parcel mostly used for surface parking, along with 3,000 square feet of commercial space. Riaz Capital is responsible for the development as the property owner.

The document describes a shift of use, increasing co-working space by fifty percent and decreasing hotel rooms by ten percent. Pacific Eagle Holdings, an offshoot of the Hong Kong-based Great Eagle Holdings Ltd., is the project sponsor.

The project proposal includes the demolition and removal of four existing structures on the site. The four structures include two single-family homes, one three-unit residential apartment building, and one commercial building. Cass Calder Smith Architecture + Interiors is the architect managing the design and construction of the project.

New facilities are expected for the Cordilleras Mental Health Facility at 200 Edmonds Road in Redwood City, San Mateo County, on the San Francisco Peninsula. The development will include five structures, the tallest rising three floors. Skanska USA Building Inc is the contractor, while the property owner is the County of San Mateo. Construction is estimated to cost over $100 million.
