Meeting Tonight for 620 Airport Boulevard, Burlingame, San Mateo County

The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to review the proposed design for 620 Airport Boulevard during a public meeting tonight. The plans include two eight-story office buildings above a podium courtyard and parking along the San Mateo County bayfront. The project is listed as owned by Boca Lake Office Inc, a subsidiary led by Lawrence Lui, a prolific developer of hotels and housing across the country.

Permanent Supportive Housing Opens at 53 Colton Street in The Hub San Francisco

Jazzie Collins Apartments has officially opened ahead of schedule at 53 Colton Street in San Francisco’s Hub neighborhood. The six-story building, named after one of the city’s famous social activists, has created 96 new units of permanent supportive housing co-developed by HomeRise and Strada Investment Group. The opening occurred earlier this week with the Mayor in attendance.

South City To Consider Expanded Plans for Gateway of Pacific Phase Four

The South San Francisco planning commission will review expanded plans for Gateway of Pacific phase four tonight. The three-structure phase, to be addressed as 900 Gateway Boulevard, will be the penultimate portion of a development that has already had a significant contribution to the South City East Side skyline in the north of San Mateo County. The developer, BioMed Realty, has proposed to increase the North Building from five to nine stories tall.
