New entitlement plans have been filed for a three-story apartment complex at 6779 Q Street by CSUS in East Sacramento. The project would replace a vacant lot near light rail with 75 affordable units. Community Housing Works is the property owner responsible for the development.
The Oakland Design Review Committee is scheduled to review the final plans for Brooklyn Basin Parcel E, a seven-story senior housing project in Oakland, Alameda County. The building will establish the corner lot in the expansive waterfront masterplan by Signature Development Group. SRM Development is the developer for Parcel E.
A new residential project has been proposed at 101 South Jackson Avenue in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of 14 townhomes. The project site will be subdivided into 16 lots. The permits also request the removal of two ordinance-sized trees on the site. Habitat for Humanity is the project developer. Jett Landscape Architecture + Design is the landscape architect.
New renderings have been revealed for 1766 El Camino Real in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project will create 311 units on 1.7 acres within walking distance of the Millbrae BART Station, using the State Density Bonus program to increase residential capacity and include affordable housing. Carmel Partners is leading the application.
