The project proposal includes the development of a large scale community offering residential and commercial spaces. The property at present consists of long-time orchard sites. 2233 Calle Del Mundo Tops Out, Demolition Complete For Two Buildings in Tasman East, Santa Clara

New aerial imagery shows construction has topped out for the first residential structure in the Tasman East Specific Plan, Santa Clara. Demolition has also finished on two more substantial sites. Tasman East is a multi-developer multi-structure mixed-use masterplan with plans to build as many as 4,500 new residential units with newly-laid streets, over a hundred thousand square feet of retail, a grocery store, school, open space, and affordable housing.

Public Hearing Continues for 2701 Hooper Drive, San Ramon

The San Ramon planning commission is scheduled to hear plans about demolishing the Golden Skate roller rink. The project would create 47 townhome units across 3.5 acres of land within the Crow Canyon Specific Plan. However, the application is significantly smaller than the 2017-era proposal for a 227-unit apartment building. Hassan Sharifi, the owner of Golden Skate, is responsible for the development through Windflower Fields LLC as the property owner.
