The project proposal includes the construction of a multi-unit residential development. The site currently houses a duplex. Dinar & Associates is the project applicant and the architecture firm responsible for the design concepts.
Increased plans have been filed for a vacant lot at 707 Washington Street, between 7th and 8th Street in Downtown Oakland. The newest proposal expects to create 50 new homes, up from a 24-unit application in 2014. Ronnie Turner of Turner Development Resource Group is responsible for the project.
Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a senior housing project at 2125 Telegraph Avenue in Downtown Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story housing complex offering 100% affordable units to seniors. Mercy Housing is the project developer. Gensler is responsible for the design concepts. PGAdesign is responsible for landscape architecture.
New building permits have been filed for a four-story residential addition to 6501 Shattuck Avenue in Bushrod, North Oakland. The revived proposal will create 18 new homes for a neighborhood known to have a hot real estate market. Moshe Dinar of Dinar & Associates will be responsible for the design.
New renderings have been revealed for a residential infill at 200-220 Alice Street, by the Oakland Waterfront in Jack London Square. The six-story development is expected to create over two hundred apartments, of which many will be priced as affordable. Riaz Capital is responsible for the application.
