The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use building offering residential and commercial spaces. Northern California Land Trust (NCLT) is the project owner.
New renderings have been revealed for the eight-story residential infill proposed at 2720 San Pablo Avenue in Southwest Berkeley, Alameda County. The project will replace a single-story structure with 84 homes along the busy thoroughfare. NX Ventures is responsible for the application.

The project proposal includes the development of a six-story building offering 100 % affordable housing units with onsite parking. The project site houses Berkeley Adult School. Two community-based nonprofit housing providers, Satellite Affordable Housing Associates (SAHA) and Abode Communities, have partnered with Berkeley Unified School District (BUSD) to develop the project. PYATOK Architects is responsible for the designs.

New plans shared with YIMBY reveal that 1998 Shattuck Avenue has again become the tallest proposed tower for Downtown Berkeley, Alameda County. The 28-story project is now two floors higher, 40 feet taller, covers two additional parcels, and, most significantly, residential capacity has doubled to 599 apartments. NX Ventures is the project developer.
