The project will create 50 new homes across from the Downtown Berkeley BART station. Studio KDA is responsible for the design.

The project proposal includes the demolition of a single-story commercial structure with partial basement to make way for a six-story apartment building. RCD Housing is the project developer. MWA Architects is responsible for the design concepts.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of the Bayer Campus Development in Berkeley. The project proposal includes the construction of buildings offering spaces for laboratory, warehouse, administration, utilities, maintenance, and production uses. Bayer Healthcare LLC is the property owner.
A new residential project has been proposed at 1915 Berryman Street in Berkeley. The project proposal includes the development of four-story townhomes on a site that presently houses a three-story two-unit home that was built 132 years ago. Plans call for the demolition of the single-family home on the site. The home was wasn’t deemed worthy of landmark status in May 2020. Gunkel Architecture is responsible for the design concepts.
New building permits have been filed for a four-story housing project at 2435 San Pablo Avenue in Southwest Berkeley. The permit calls for foundation, grading, and shoring for the project to add forty new sleeping units and a manager’s apartment. The Wang Brothers Investments, an Orinda-based firm, is responsible for the project as the owner.
