Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 7700 College Town Drive in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a new four-story building to be used as a student housing apartment complex building. A two-story office building spanning an area of 35,040 square feet will be demolished for the project to be developed.
New renderings have been published for a builder’s remedy-assisted proposal at 2470 Alvin Avenue in East San Jose, Santa Clara County. The project aims to replace a former Planned Parenthood clinic location with over a hundred homes and commercial space. The project plan lists Cindy Tran of CT Commercial as the property owner.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a new affordable housing development at 2500 76th Avenue in Eastmont, Oakland. The project will replace a large vacant parcel with senior housing, close to the Eastmont Town Center. Alameda County-based Eden Housing is the project sponsor.
A new residential project has been proposed for addition and renovation at 77 Broad Street in Ocean View, San Francisco. The project proposal includes vertical and horizontal addition to an existing residence. Zone Design Development is the responsible for the designs.
Related California has filed revised permits for a 41-story mixed-use tower at 530 Sansome Street in San Francisco’s Financial District. The latest iteration would bring over 400,000 square feet of office space and a 200-key hotel above a new San Francisco Fire Department fire station, making it the first high-rise commercial proposal in the Bay Area since 2021. Related and the City are jointly responsible for the project in a public-private partnership.
