The City of Santa Clara has published its approval of the environmental review of the Freedom Circle Greystar Project, a multi-structure residential project at 3905 Freedom Circle, Santa Clara County. The development will create 1,075 new homes, a new public park connecting to the San Tomas Aquino Creek Trail, and ground-level retail. Greystar is responsible for the application.
New renderings have been revealed for 2900 Shattuck Avenue, a ten-story residential infill in South Berkeley. The recently-published plans come as the applicant, NX Ventures, aims to build over two thousand units across Berkeley’s downtown core. NX Ventures has seven active applications, all filed through Senate Bill 330, with a few more expected to be filed in the coming months.
A preliminary application has been filed for 7994 MacArthur Boulevard in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a new five-story affordable housing project. Plans call for the demolition of a two-story residence and a mini-mart on the site. Architect for BETA, Inc is responsible for the design concepts.
New renderings have been revealed for River II at 50 Waterfront Place in West Sacramento. The eight-story residential project, dubbed River Two, will create 165 homes rising across from the city’s distinctive Ziggaruat building. Fairfield Residential is responsible for the application as the property owner.
New plans have been filed for a five-story residential infill at 7954 MacArthur Boulevard in Eastmont, Oakland. The project will demolish the existing single-story commercial structure, replacing it with 40 units of affordable senior housing. Community Housing Development Corporation is responsible for the application.
