An assisted living project is making progress for its proposed development at 4075 El Camino Way in Palo Alto. The project proposal includes the addition of 14 new units to an existing assisted living community, Palo Alto Commons. Wellquest Living is the property owner. Irwin Partners Architecture is responsible for the designs. Conley Design is the interior designer for the project.
The Berkeley Design Review Committee is scheduled to review plans for one of the tallest buildings in the city’s pipeline at 2128 Oxford Street, Downtown Berkeley. The 26-story structure, called the Hub, will bring well over a thousand bedrooms across 456 units overlooking the UC Berkeley campus. Chicago-based Core Spaces is the project developer.
Entitlement permits have been filed for a four-story residential infill at 3738 Stockton Boulevard in Oak Park, Sacramento. The project will replace a vacant parcel with 68 apartments, a slight reduction in unit count from plans filed at the start of the year, though now pursuing an additional floor. Vrilakas Groen Architects is responsible for the application and design.
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1985 North 3rd Street in Concord. The project proposal includes the construction of a new multifamily residential complex comprising of two three-story buildings offering four residential units each. Win Structural Engineering is listed as the project applicant. Banducci Associates Architects is responsible for the designs.
Updated plans have been filed for a new eight-story residential infill at 3601 Lawton Street in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset. The application doubles the potential redevelopment’s height compared with 2018-era plans. 3S San Francisco is responsible for the application on behalf of the South City-based property owner, Double AA Corporation.
