The Draft Environmental Impact Report has been published for the 87-unit townhouse development at 808 Alameda de las Pulgas in San Carlos, San Mateo County. The plans will bring new housing to the former hillside location of the Black Mountain Spring Water Company’s bottling facility. Veev Group is the project developer.
New building permits have been filed for the 12-story office proposal at 490 Brannan Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The filing comes several months after the property was purchased by Trammell Crow from Strada Investment Group.
New plans have been filed for a three-story mixed-use commercial project at 1099 Ashby Avenue in Southwest Berkeley, Alameda County. The proposal will replace a parking lot within the Ashby Plaza shopping center and Berkeley Business Center. Fischer Architecture will be responsible for the design.
New renderings have been revealed for the residential tower at 98 Franklin Street in San Francisco’s upzoned Hub neighborhood. The new plans show the increased height and residential capacity from an agreement made by Supervisor Dean Preston and Related Companies. The proposal will create a new international school and 385 homes.
Plans have been filed for a new Container Store location at 555 9th Street in San Francisco’s Showplace Square neighborhood. The store will occupy the 22,330 square-foot area formerly home to a Nordstrom Rack store. The new location will serve as a replacement for San Francisco’s existing Container Store at 26 4th Street by Yerba Buena Gardens and the Powell Street BART.
