Preliminary plans have been filed for new construction at 1900 Capitol Avenue in Midtown Sacramento. The project could create over two hundred apartments across two buildings in a busy commercial neighborhood near Downtown Sacramento. The project applicant is not listed.
Demolition permits have ben filed for an existing building at 3300 Mission Street in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the demolition of an existing three-story mixed-use building and construction of a new mixed-use affordable housing project.

The project will bring just over a hundred apartments to two parcels overlooking the 24th Street BART Station. The final design review application has been filed for 2587 Telegraph Avenue in Southside, Berkeley. The approved project aims to bring hundreds of bedrooms in an eight-story building close to People’s Park and the UC Berkeley campus. Gilbane Development Company is the project developer.
