In May, crews demolished the infamous ‘historic laundromat’ at 2918 Mission Street, clearing the way for a new eight-story infill. Demolition permits were filed for 555 Bryant Street, new renderings were revealed for One Oak, and SOM shared a construction update for the new net-zero San Mateo County Office Building in Redwood City.
Development permits have been filed for a senior housing project proposed at 5751 Arnold Boulevard in Dublin, Alameda County. The project proposal includes the construction of a two-story building offering assisted living units and care services for seniors. HSB DUBLIN LLC is the project applicant. The Corporation Trust Company is the project developer.
